How cool is it that Heron House was named by Silkwinds Magazine as the top accommodation choice for travelers coming to Hoi An?!? Though we are super pleased that everyone flying on Singapore Air and Silk Air will get to read up on us, we are not entirely surprised after the journalists tried our 8 month infused lemongrass gin.
When we were approached by the publishers of the Big Book of Hoi An to cooperate with Chef Thinh of Aubergine 49 we jumped at the opportunity. We absolutely love this book of essentials and were so happy to have coordinated the photo shoot from our yellow room and to have added one of our famous cocktails into the book!
